That database and ClaimRadar's list of 22 tracked open settlements are two separate, independently-sourced things; a hit in one doesn't automatically mean you qualify for the other, and we say so rather than implying a match that isn't confirmed.
Lawsuit and settlement information is compiled from public settlement-administrator and court records and is provided for informational purposes. Deadlines, eligibility, and payout amounts are estimates set by each settlement administrator and can change — always confirm details on the official settlement website before filing.
