Effective September 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClaimRadar (claimradar.co), a product operated by Vomero LLC ("ClaimRadar," "we," "us"). By registering an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ClaimRadar.
ClaimRadar is an information and referral service. It helps you check whether your email appears in known public data breaches, and matches the companies and services you tell us you've used against a list of open class action lawsuits and data breach settlements we track. On the $22/year plan, we also show which real attorney (class counsel) is handling each matched case, and provide an AI Filing Assistant that walks you through filing your own claim.
ClaimRadar is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and using ClaimRadar does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. We are not an intermediary: we never file a claim on your behalf, never touch or hold any settlement payment, and never take a percentage or cut of what you recover. You file your own claim, directly with the settlement administrator or court, using information ClaimRadar provides.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ClaimRadar. By registering, you confirm that's true.
Registration doesn't use a password — it's how we remember what you've told us. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address you registered with, and for the accuracy of what you tell us about the companies or services you've used. You can update your saved information or delete your account entirely at any time from your account page.
Lawsuit and settlement information is compiled from public settlement-administrator and court records for informational purposes. Deadlines, eligibility, and payout amounts are estimates set by each settlement administrator and can change — always confirm details on the official settlement website before filing. Breach check results come from Have I Been Pwned's public database in real time; a breach hit doesn't automatically mean you qualify for any specific settlement. We don't guarantee you'll be eligible for any settlement, that a claim you file will be approved, or any specific payout.
You agree not to misuse ClaimRadar — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to access another user's account or data, interfering with the site's normal operation, or using the service for anything unlawful.
ClaimRadar is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any settlement or breach information is complete or current at every moment — settlement data changes, and administrators update deadlines and terms outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimRadar and Vomero LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including a missed claim deadline, a denied claim, or reliance on settlement information that changed after we last verified it. Our total liability for any claim relating to ClaimRadar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using ClaimRadar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the service.
These Terms are governed by United States law and the law of the state in which Vomero LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use ClaimRadar after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
